Which one for your yard
- Open lawn up to 1 acre: Segway Navimow X430. A full acre against 0.75, and $300 cheaper.
- Lots of trees or tall walls: Mammotion LUBA 3 AWD 3000H. LiDAR measures its surroundings directly, so it doesn't depend on satellite signal the way the X430 does.
- Steepest slopes: Segway Navimow X430. 84% (40°) against 80% (38.6°). Both are among the best climbers we list.
- Long grass: Mammotion LUBA 3 AWD 3000H. The 3000H cuts up to 4 in, against 3.7 in on the X430.

Questions
Is the Navimow X430 better than the Mammotion LUBA 3?
For open lawns, yes on paper: it covers a full acre, climbs 84% and costs $2,499 against $2,799. Under heavy tree cover the LUBA 3 has the edge because it adds LiDAR.
Do they need an antenna?
Neither needs a boundary wire. The X430 uses network RTK and includes an optional antenna; the LUBA 3 3000H uses Mammotion's NetRTK service and needs no antenna.
